My eating log

1230- Black coffee.

1350- Doritos and chocolate.

1545- Tomato soup with ham and cheese sandwich.
 
1050- 2 eggs, 2 hashbrowns, 2 sausages. 2 milk cartons, mini wheaties, juice, yogurt, lettuce.

1825- 14 oz milk, yogurt, Cinnamon fireball, strawberry whey, and water. 24 oz in total.

Going to cut out all juice from this diet. PT test should be around Mid-August, so that is the timeframe I'm shooting at regarding exercising and dieting.

1825- 2 hot dogs, burger bun, chips, redd apple ale with fireball. Not as good as Strongbow fireball.

1735- Campbell's potato soup, mixed with macaroni. Tasted delicious.

Pretty good on weight one month out. Plan on getting to about 140 before the test date, which is around this time next month.

1220- Pepper steak, potatoes, salad. Low fat milk(Blue milk) x2, honey nut cheerios, yogurt.

1705- Beef noodle yakisoba, cabbage, beans, yogurt, cheerios. Blue milk x2, cheerios.

Final push to the pt test, which tentatively is Aug 9 or 10. I will make the adjustments of only drinking blue milk from now, given that it has a bit fewer calories in it than yellow milk, which will make a pound or 2 difference from now to the pt test date. The milk also did not taste that different from yellow milk, which surprised me as I thought low-fat milk as was extremely watery.

Also going to drink only 2 beers at Trivia this week, 1 next week, and none on the week before the test. I'll try not to drink alcohol, or mix it into anything during this time as well. Also, I'm probably going to have salads at trivia leading up to the test.

Little things, little things add up. Probably going to weigh myself tomorrow, if I can go to the big gym.
 
1225-Fries, lemonade, small chicken philly. Went to the bx on the invitation of a guy from escort. Damn you Churley's and your delicious food.

1805- Banana shake with a scoop of whey mixed in.

2035- Strongbow, big caesar salad. Regular salad afterwards.

Weight at 1635-142.5

The adjustable manual scale was acting wonky, and the machine scale that measures bodyfat percentage said I was 140.8. Not sure which to believe, although the machine scale was after working out, so it can account for water weight loss.

Final stretch, 3 weeks or so. Drink low-fat milk only, only 1 beer tonight and next Wednesday, and try not to eat any bad foods. Should be able to drop a pound or 2 and get to 140 before the test.
 
1120- Salisbury steak, salad, veg medley, mashed potatoes. Diet coke x3, lucky charms, milk x2. Only had the diet coke because the machine dispenser that holds water was broken today. Not sure how long that will last, but if it lasts a while, I might just use the ice machine and wait for the ice to melt into water and drink that.

1810- Noodles, tortellini with alfredo sauce. Salad, milk x2, mini wheats, nutrigrain and plain yogurt. The nutrigrain/yogurt/milk mix was tolerable to eat, so I may do that again in the future.
