1220- Pepper steak, potatoes, salad. Low fat milk(Blue milk) x2, honey nut cheerios, yogurt.
1705- Beef noodle yakisoba, cabbage, beans, yogurt, cheerios. Blue milk x2, cheerios.
Final push to the pt test, which tentatively is Aug 9 or 10. I will make the adjustments of only drinking blue milk from now, given that it has a bit fewer calories in it than yellow milk, which will make a pound or 2 difference from now to the pt test date. The milk also did not taste that different from yellow milk, which surprised me as I thought low-fat milk as was extremely watery.
Also going to drink only 2 beers at Trivia this week, 1 next week, and none on the week before the test. I'll try not to drink alcohol, or mix it into anything during this time as well. Also, I'm probably going to have salads at trivia leading up to the test.
Little things, little things add up. Probably going to weigh myself tomorrow, if I can go to the big gym.
