1305- Grande hot chocolate.
1350-3 oz sandwich
1655- Mellow Yellow, chocolate, chips, funyuns.
2105- Sweet tea with rum, 5 slices of pizza.

Hung out with Sprague, played COD and this happened. Need to stop hanging out with him before pt tests.....

1225- Campbell's potato soup with ziti. Microwaved that stuff together.

1755-Pork adobo, rice, salad. Milk x2, go lean crunch.
 
1135-Potatoes, chicken, chili. Salad, honey nut cheerios, reduced fat milk x2, yogurt, nutrigrain bar.

1705- Chili mac, potatoes, collard greens. Reduced fat milk x2, mini wheats, nutrigrain, yogurt.

They didn't have the low fat/blue milk I've grown to love. Hope they have that back tomorrow.

1420-2 milk cartons, 6 oz water, birthday cake whey. 22 oz made.

1725-Rice, noodles. Milk x2, go lean crunch, granola yogurt. It was that flavorless "natural" crap. Tasted awful. Why would they put that in a cup?

1330-Keebler Fudge Jumbo Sticks. Beef consumne and ziti pasta. Pudding and yogurt after.

1705-Potatoes, meatballs, collard greens. Milk x2, cheerios.

1200-Mashed potatoes, pepper steak, spanish beans, salad. Milk x2, watermelon, lucky charms.

1235-Rice krispy bar.

1715-Yakisoba, beans, baked potato, lettuce. Yellow milk/low fat milk x2, honey nut cheerios.

Few free days of pigging out before adopting a looser IF schedule.
