The trip messed up my sleep and eating schedule, hopefully everything gets back on track tomorrow.

1215- Steak, lettuce, potato wedges, cranblack juice.

1650- Noodles, baked ham, lettuce. Juice, yogurt, chips.
 
0950-2 Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

1140- Pasta, rice with sausage, lettuce. Juice and strawberries.

1230- Chocolate and a donut.

1430- Nutrigrain bar.

1645- Noodles, country style steak, lettuce, juice, and french onion soup.

1745- 16 oz milk, water, strawberry whey.
 
1210-Red milk x2, juice, salad. Refried beans and steak.

1600- Rice krispy x2, and funion rings.

1645- Rice, turkey, lettuce, juice and milk.

2000- Quesadillas and gummy bear drink.

2040- Screwdriver.

1830- 16 oz milk, water, and whey. 24 oz shake in total.

2045- Swiss steak, lettuce, mac and cheese, beans. Cranberry with gin, then sweet tea and gin.

1900- Potatoes, chicken fajita, lettuce. Milk x2, juice, lucky charms.

1430- Crispy m and m.

1515- 20 oz shake. 16 oz milk, 4 oz water, whey.

1810- Mashed potatoes, lettuce, baked chicken. Milk x2, chips, honey nut cheerios, juice.

1930-Redd.
