My eating log

1400-Banana. Cinnamon raisin bagel, rest of the turkey kielbasa.

1700-Rice, pork chop, broccoli.

Drank 75oz ish of liquid. Liquid was water mixed with crystal light mixers and salt. Feel that 75oz is really low, so I will bump up the number to 110 oz tomorrow. I feel that I'm just going to add ~30 oz of water a day, which puts me at 200oz on Saturday. That equates to about 1.5 gallons of water, so its not that much.
 
Accidentally did a 24 hr, 40 min fast today due to a DV visit. Couldn't get out of that ceremony with lots of waiting around.

1740-10 Spicy california rolls.

1750-Bagel, smoked sausage. Pork chop, broccoli.

1845-Banana and chocolate peanut butter.

Drank about 110oz of fluid today. Don't feel thristy at all, and this still feels slightly lower than what I normally drink.

Tomorrow's fluid intake goal is 145oz.

Drank about 145oz of fluid today. Felt pretty good carrying the jug around. Peeing a decent amount.

Tomorrow's fluid intake goal is 175oz. Might have more due to flight wide bbq.

Ate a lot at the flight bbq, but no more liquids. Since I ate a lot, will fast to compensate. Goal is to shoot for Sunday.

Drank about 175oz today and feel pretty good. Goal tomorrow is 210-220oz, probably on the 220oz side because it makes going to 256oz(2 gallons that much easier for Sunday and Monday.
 
Yep, didn't do a 40 hour fast. Did just over a 24 hour and 10 minute one.

0935-12 oz water with 10ml baking soda. 12 more oz of water after.

1620-Bagel, pork chop. Banana and peanut butter.

1700-Crackers.

Drank 220 oz of fluid. Going to get another gallon jug and will drink 2 gallons(256oz) tomorrow.
 
1110-Avocado roll.

1700-Ramen with the soup.

Drank 2 gallons+how ever many oz was in the soup. Let's just say 270 oz. It was actually a bit hard today, drinking so much and I had to pee a lot.

I'll maintain the 2 gallons tomorrow, which is the last day. I'll going to cut out salting food and liquid after tomorrow. On Tuesday, I'm going to drink 2 liters(68oz) of liquid and Wednesday is test day.

Drank 267oz of liquid today and damn, had to pee a lot. 1 more day and then test day.

As such, cutting the liquid to about a 1/4th, so shooting to drink 2 liters(68 oz) tomorrow. Not salting the water, just water and crystal light.

Shaving the bulk of the hair tomorrow, and getting down to the skin on Wednesday morning.

All the hard work pays off tomorrow. PT test day.

Shaved off the bulk of the hair today and will go bald tomorrow.

The reason why I ate so much today was to carb load, and to try to get the whoosh effect, which I've read comes about after a a sudden increase in calories from the normal intake.

Gonna do my best tomorrow and destroy the test!

Goal now is just to eat healthy in general while slimming down from my vacation body. When I do move out and after my TDY, I'm going to focus on stuff like Macros and what I need for a slight bulk.

Yep, haven't been on this for a while.

I'm pretty heavy right now, around 154-155ish. Gonna get back into IF and trying out Keto as well. I have cooked a shit load of meat and eggs in oil, got the butter and fruit. I finished around 2100 tonight, so my first day of keto IF will be tomorrow. I will do an official weight before I eat tomorrow just to track progress.
