    1430-Eggs, bacon, cheese, butter, beef, sausage, mixed veggies.

    1700-Water, whey, flax seeds. Blueberries, raspeberries, squash, spinach, avocado, butter, vodka. 40 oz.

    1410-Halo top ice cream

    1610-Water, raspberries, squash, avocado. Flax seeds, whey, Bacardi rum. 32 oz.
    Deer meat

    1745-egg, bacon, butter, sausage, mixed veggies.

    Going to try to do a 36-hour + fast. Goal is to stop fasting around noon on Sunday. Still on keto it's just been a bit difficult as the food is kind of bland, kind of tired of eating the same damn thing every single day. Did some slow cooking so that's that's different to see how that is.

    Am at 28 hours now. Feeling kind of crappy to be honest. Going to sleep and then breaking fast in the morning, around the 38 hour mark I think.

    Broke the fast a 39 hours, 50 minutes. Felt really shitty towards the end.

    0935-Ham n cheese omlet, with sausage patty. Coffee.

    Measured my weight after breaking the fast. Weight at 1010 was 148, so lost 7 pounds on keto+IF. Nice!

    1010-Jerky stick, cheese.

    1050-Keurig coffee with butter.

    1115-Rest of the halo top.

    1200-Keto dip, cheese. Grain belt beer.

    1245- Beer nuts.

    1600-Grain belt beer, pork.

    Watched football today. Might have exceeded my carbs today, but that is ok. Will get back on the lazyish keto this week and will measure my weight again next Saturday/Sunday.

    Yep I messed up today. The popcorn probably put my carb super high. I think I'll fast again in this weekend to make up for it.

    Pretty sure I'm going to do a fast tomorrow to Sunday. Kind of as atonement for eating popcorn on Tuesday and just to see if I can still do longer fasts. Goal is roughly 48 hours or so.

    1410-2 powdered donuts, weight is 146.4. Dry roasted peanuts, bud light

    1550-1lb of pork sausage

    Broke the fast at exactly 48 hours. Felt awful during sleep could barely sleep at all and woke up many times. Interesting me this happened around my 36-hour mark of last time too.

    Didn't lose as much weight this week. Keep on trucking one more week and see where it goes, goal weight 143, then switch to regular diet and start counting macros.

    Officially off keto, with weight at 148.0 as of Saturday.

    Going forward, moving to IIFYM.
    Macros are 140g protein, 140g carbs, 60g fats. All of these are rounded up.

    I ordered a food scale, but it hasn't come in yet, so I'm going to be eyeballing and estimating the amount of macros in each thing I've cooked. Got the total macros of the package, and divided by 5. I know it is imperfect and uneven because of the lack of scale.

    Beef, rice, and broccoli for lunch. Estimated macros, 44g fat, 90g carbs, 40g protein.

    Smoothie of kale, carrots, banana, whey, flax seeds and milk. 22g fat, 64g carbs, 45g protein.

    Total macros-66g fat, 154g carbs, 85g protein.

    When the scale comes in sometime this week, I will be better able to prep meals and portions.

    Scale hasn't come in yet.

    I'll buy more meat to up the protein count. The scale should be coming in soon, so I should be more accurate next week.
