    1220-chili, lettuce, toast beef. Apple juice, yogurt.

    1255-2 slim Jim's, punch monster

    1640-rice, broccoli, beef

    500ml milk, kale, banana. Flax seeds, whey. Pure protein shake. Like 66g of protein. Pinnacle vodka 1350ml made

    1720-popcorn

    The scale finally came in. Will use this every time I cook and Portion out my meals for the day.

    Haven't been keeping track lately.

    Drank a whole lot on Friday and Sat.

    Today:

    1140-Banana, 1350ml milk, vodka. Atkins bar.

    1245-peanuts

    13500-Chips, select 99 x2

    1715-Ramen.

    1800-Zucchini chips.

    1350-beef jerky

    1500-
    760ml milk, banana, kale. Whey, flax seeds, vodka. 1400ml made

    Macros, at least. 64g fat, 160g carbs, 130g protein.

    I measured all the macros of the rice, sausage chicken broccoli yesterday and split them into 5 equal portions. I have also done the same for the shakes that I have.

    I went over due to the jerky and peanuts, and not accounting for the kale and vodka, and flax seeds. The count doesn't account for that much and order the vodka, and I think the carbs might be lower than 160 due to fiber being there.

    So still going over but closer to protein macros than last week.

    I want to move back to Keto. Especially now that I have the foods that I can probably do it right, and to be honest I kind of miss it I like eating all that meat and cheese.

    I will start again, next week to deplete the food I made.

    Really shitty week. Car in the ditch, lost then found phone.....

    Stressed myself out, and blacked out drinking yesterday. Soju man, that stuff is strong.

    Anyways, figured out my keto macros again, and will not be drinking again for at least a few days.

    Macros- Aiming for 125g fat, 10g carbs, 105g protein. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and go on from there.

    0915-Folgers black silk coffee, butter, half a scoop of whey.

    1135-Beef, bacon, cheese. Eggs, sausage.

    Macros- About 120g, 5g carbs, 102g carbs.

    Not exactly perfect macros because I'm not sure how much cheese, butter, and whey I use. I don't weigh my cheese, just sprinkle it in, and don't measure how much butter I put in my coffee.

    1205-Beef, bacon, cheese, eggs, sausage.

    1240-Peanuts.

    Macros- About 135g fat, 10g carbs, 110g protein.

    Thinking about dropping the butter and coffee next week. Don't really need the butter because I'm pretty good on the fat macro. Will look into something to else to mix the whey into, or just drink it straight with water. A small 8z glass of milk shouldn't have that many carbs, and just might be what I need.

    With the coffee potentially being dropped, I can move the window from the morning to lunch and end at dinner, where I would like it. Able to then split off the beef, bacon, cheese, eggs, and sausage into 2 distinct meals if possible.

    The unwich was delicious. I'll probably split the sausage and cheese for a distinct meal with lettuce wrap. A sausage wrapped in lettuce and cheese.

    Total of everything-61g fat+, 18.5g c, 105g protein+

    Cauliflower rice is tastes really good, though it doesn't have the taste that real rice does. Close enough substitute though that I will buy this for my weekend meals. My weekend meals will probably be the rice, and cold cuts of meat/sausage and cheese.

    Goal is to fast a minimum of 24 hours. Perfect goal is to finish the goal at 3:25 Sunday, the start of football.
    This will make the total fast 45 hours. I think I will do this as it is atonement for the failures of this week.

    Yeah this is not going to be successful because his dad's here, and makes good food. Will try keto as much as possible but lots of potential cheating. Maybe do 20+ fast every day to compensate or something.
