Macros, at least. 64g fat, 160g carbs, 130g protein.

I measured all the macros of the rice, sausage chicken broccoli yesterday and split them into 5 equal portions. I have also done the same for the shakes that I have.

I went over due to the jerky and peanuts, and not accounting for the kale and vodka, and flax seeds. The count doesn't account for that much and order the vodka, and I think the carbs might be lower than 160 due to fiber being there.

So still going over but closer to protein macros than last week.

I want to move back to Keto. Especially now that I have the foods that I can probably do it right, and to be honest I kind of miss it I like eating all that meat and cheese.

Stressed myself out, and blacked out drinking yesterday. Soju man, that stuff is strong.

Anyways, figured out my keto macros again, and will not be drinking again for at least a few days.

Macros- Aiming for 125g fat, 10g carbs, 105g protein. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and go on from there.

Macros- About 120g, 5g carbs, 102g carbs.

Not exactly perfect macros because I'm not sure how much cheese, butter, and whey I use. I don't weigh my cheese, just sprinkle it in, and don't measure how much butter I put in my coffee.

Macros- About 135g fat, 10g carbs, 110g protein.

Thinking about dropping the butter and coffee next week. Don't really need the butter because I'm pretty good on the fat macro. Will look into something to else to mix the whey into, or just drink it straight with water. A small 8z glass of milk shouldn't have that many carbs, and just might be what I need.

With the coffee potentially being dropped, I can move the window from the morning to lunch and end at dinner, where I would like it. Able to then split off the beef, bacon, cheese, eggs, and sausage into 2 distinct meals if possible.
