Limelight My big stupid hype trains thread.

Fight Nights is on (started more than a hour ago)
link, but I assume it's for Russian IPs https://news.sportbox.ru/Vidy_sport...ajeva_Maksim_Butorin_protiv_Tahira_Abdulajeva

Coach of Abbasov said that because coaches and team members of Piraev are Armenians they decided to change nickname of Nariman from Genghis Khan to Bayraktar (like Turkish Bayraktar UAV that Azerbaijan used against rebels in Karabakh/Armenians).

@Feniamin do you have any idea what this dude is saying. They keep mentioning UFC and I don't know if they're saying Azat has got a contract.

Matchmaker of UFC watching this fight of Azat and if God allows it, next fight will be in UFC. And Azat will be first fighter to go to UFC straight from Kazakhstani promotion.

Also commentators said that head of promotion was in US and had some meeting, regarding Azat. UFC matchmaker Mike Maynard was going to watch this fight and make a decision regarding fate of Azat.

After AMC Fight Nights event one of journalists said that Eminov wrote comment on his social media that he is interested at LW fight, so I guess he followed Tumenov’s success of signing with UFC.

Do you know, is Gogoladze or GogAladze who fighting today at GFC 16 related to Amiran Gogoladze?

The guy on the prelims? I'm not sure, it would make sense as Amiran is also fighting on the card, but I'm not sure how common a name Gogoladze is in Georgia.

I was talking about Gaga Gogoladze who fights on prelims. And Beka Gogaladze is fighting on this card. My question was is they are related to Amiran.
Oh sorry, from my experience Gogoladze is just a somewhat common last name amongst Georgians

For example https://forum.valetudo.ru/

My point was more like different reaction here and in Russia
Sherdog: I don't understand what is happening
Russia: it's not a Fight Nights event without robbery by judges, weird stuff from ref, post-fight brawls
I just wanted the link to browse them with Google translate turned on. Thank you for sharing it.

The Shara hitting that dude thread is pretty hilarious through google translate

"The red bearded man fucked back. I did everything right. You wouldn't answer? Well, the fact that he" does not like that suck in the shopping center, well, everyone has their own jams. Here on the forum there are also many who go crazy on the agenda of real or fictional. Take an example with the recent dances at the graduation in Ekb."

"Shara probably doesn't have a girlfriend, she's aggroing people"

"And now imagine what the Dagestan fighter Shara Bullet felt and thought when he saw such outrage and depravity in the land of righteous ancestors, whose blood, by the way, is richly stained with it?"

Tahir Abdullaev

Country - Azerbaijan
Weight Class - Welterweight
Age : 25
Promotion - Fight Nights Global
Record : 13-1

Tank is such an appropriate nickname for this dude, he's just so fucking physical. He caught my attention quickly countering and knocking out Daniel Skibinski last year and secured it in this performance against solid Russian gatekeeper Maxim Butorin.

It's the aggression and physicality that stick out, the guy just really, really wants to hurt people. Piling forward throwing bowling balls at you, effortlessly throwing you down if he wants to (he didn't really need to be techical with takedowns, I mean I think he can be, but he can just ragdoll on strength) hammering with ground and pound. Just looks an absolute nightmare to fight.

He did get taken down a couple of times because he's so aggressive, but he operates a just fucking sweep bro motto where he just seems to power the other guy over to take top position if he ends up on bottom, which looks really fucking annoying.

So to summarise, very physical, very aggressive, very exciting. Sign him up Dana.

Losene Keita

Country - Guinea
Weight Class - Lightweight
Age : 24
Promotion - Oktagon
Record : 9-0

After a pretty tight fight against the awkward Rony Paradeiser, Keita returned to utter killed mode in a pretty one sided fight against Ivan Buchinger, sprawling on all his takedown attempts, looking quick on the feet before catching him over the top of a clinch and absolutely hammering him with fast and accurate shots to get the finish.

You have to take into context who he's doing this to. Buchinger is a double champ, a vet with 46 fights and a 39-7 record coming in, who's been in there with the likes of Conor McGregor, Mansour Barnaoui and Salahdine Parnasse and Keita just utterly smashed him.

After the fight he said he wants to be a double champ by dropping to 145 and taking Buchinger's other belt, but imo he's UFC ready.

They need more promotions on UFC fight pass. Would like a top promotion from every country. Kazakhstan: OCTAGON or would you rather have, Naiza Fighter Championship? Alash Pride (AP)?

Is that because you want to hear English commentary? Because from what I understand currently their events are on YouTube for free.
