7:00 AM - 2 fried eggs with toast
10:00 AM - small bag of pretzels
11:00 AM - 1.5 scoops protein + 16oz milk
12:00 PM - sandwich w ham, turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo, mustard. 1 pickle, handfull of chips, handfull of M&M's
3:00 PM - peanut butter & honey sandwich
5:30 PM - plate of shrimp, rice pilaf, broccoli, portobella mushroom
9:00 PM - 1 scoop protein + 12 oz milk
9:30 PM - 1 whole Digiornio's veggie pizza. Fucking pizzed that my wife bought a veggie pizza1 beer
