Hopefully his next Brave fight is against someone with a pulse. I know his previous opponent pulled out days before the event, but even that fight was against an actual midget wrestler, 5'0. Brave has some good fighters in the lighter weights so I'd rather see him take on some of them.

I wouldn't even be against him getting a title shot but at his current skill level he's not beating Pantoja. He also lost v. Perez and v. Kape, but they were terrible fights filled with nothing either way.

UFC should have kept him until after Pantoja smoked him, then if you really wanted him gone cut him. But getting rid of him while Pantoja has nobody to fight was stupid. Not that I think he's really ready for that fight but he was top 10 ranked and unbeaten and Patnoja has beaten just about everyone else except KKF.

No one knows the exact reason but he was difficult to deal with.

He sucker punched his future opponent after pretending to act friendly. He was apparently demanding a lot of money for his next contract. His last couple fights were boring. And he was rude to UFC staff.

Dana gets pretty upset at that last one, he fired Dan Hardy on the spot for saying something to an employee. If Mokaev had been popular he probably would have put up with it but he's a flyweight with a boring wrestling style. Not much financial incentive to deal with him.

Dana had nothing to do with it, he's said that multiple times that he never had any issues with the kid. The matchmakers who deal with him were tired of him and wanted him gone. Now if he was a star or something I'm sure Dana would have stepped in like no but in this case I dont think Dana cares but its Sean and Mick and Hunter who sign and deal with these guys.
