Which fighter is more likely to finish their opponent in the (near) future?

Movsar Eloev

Last finish over 5 years ago. 8 fight decision streak

Belal Muhammad

23 wins, 73% decision rate.

Belal, higher weight class, less margin for error plus Evloev is fighting in a division where fighters are more complete

Evloev is always in exciting fights, do you even watch them is the question?

Also Evloev would most likely beat Volkanovski right now. He's just not marketable or english enough to be miraculously ranked 4 like Arnold Allen was.

Belal under Father's Plan MMA training
BTW Featherweight is a decision weight class - Emmett and Topuria are almost the only consistent finishers

Colby Covington hasn't had a legit finish (old man Woodley was a random injury) in nearly 8 years. And yet simps were still paying to watch him play grab ass for most of that time.

Belal has 3 legit finishes since Colby last got his. Not great but not nearly as embarrassing.

Emmett hasn't been a consistent finisher since he started fighting ranked guys. Before Mitchell, his last finish was Mirsad Bektic in 2019.

Arkovski
Last finish: may 2015

Both Evloev and Belal should get a TS, boring as they are.
Well, Evloev is not that boring as Belal, he has some good scrambles on the floor.
But Belal.... oh, God!

Belal. He actually throws strikes and has finished people with them.

Evloev is a fantastic wrestler but that is literally all he is.

On the feet all he has is a jab, he doesn't go for subs, he doesn't unload with nasty ground and pound, he isn't able to keep guys down for a significant period of time.

Like I said, he is elite at what he does but what he does is awful to watch. Every fight he has and "wins" but he almost gets finished multiple times and his opponent was never in any danger whatsoever.

Why did you point out Evloev's last finish but not do the same for Belal? Belal finished Sean Brady a little over a year ago.

Belal Muhammed has savage power that he put on display against Sean Brady.

Mosvar is all decisions. Not comparable.

I enjoyed Allen vs Evloev. Very tense fight .
Evloev is Khabib like in his imperturbable give no fucks stone face, and his grappling pressure, esp against the cage. Reminded of the Khabib Porier fight, just stuck to him like glue.

When the fight ended he wasnt even breathing heavy, and despite the multiple cuts on his face, the dude couldnt give a fuck, his demeanor was calm as hell, like he hadnt even been in a fight.

They both have excellent wrestling and cardio but that’s where the similarities end. Khabib had better GnP, top control, and submissions.

Just pointing out the similarities BRUH
