Missed this for some reason. It makes no sense though. It's like class grades. A grade of C can't be 70 - 78 while a B is 76 - 85. Can't have complementary things overlap.
Xennial crew checking in.
Confirm all of the above except NKOTB.
LOL they're called Gen Z or the iGenerationYep. Born in 1982. We’re totally different than millennials and whatever the fuck the generation after them is called.
Does that mean they will all die of dysentery?

How the hell can two generations overlap? If you are born in 1980, what are you?
Generational lines aren't rigidly defined, and members within a generation undergo experiences at different rates. For example, someone who grew up in Alaska wouldn't encounter the internet until years after someone in California. The Xenniel label is trying to define a particular subset from within two larger cohorts.Missed this for some reason. It makes no sense though. It's like class grades. Surprisingly few, just based on posts I see. Web forums are dying platforms and the younger generation have so many more options. Just look at how fighters these days use reddit, Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, or Facebook. Back in the day they were forced to join forums to engage with fans.LOL they're called Gen Z or the iGeneration
I wonder how many Gen Z posters we have here now (born after 2004). I don't want to have start hiding my tide pods.
I was born in 79 and pretty much am a Gen X'er. I'm still into gas guzzling muscle cars, not a big fan of social media and don't have an IG, Snapchat and rarely go on Facebook. I still have a lot of paper copies of books and can't stand EDM music and modern rap (listened to and respect the 90s rap from my youth though) and only listen to old and new rock music pretty much these days.According to that both Gen-X and Millennials overlap with Xennials. I was born in 1980 and feel that to be somewhat true, culturally, though i relate much more to Gen-X. Almost al of my friends and acquaintances are my age and older.
Your statement right here explains a bunch of the cultural divide between where the right and the left is today.
kids from right wing households either grew up in an area that didn't have any of that shit or they grew up with parents that earned a living as a child before the age of 10 with parents that expected the children to go out and find a job as soon as they learned to ride a bicycle and earn everything beyond Christmas presents Birthday presents, back to school clothes, what mom served for dinner and breakfast, and the utmost basic of necessities for themselves.
Oh, you are allergic to what you were provided?
Go out and get a job and buy the fancy version for yourself Mr. Seven Year Old.
It must have been nice to have enough allowance to afford all those blank CD's to burn stuff off of napster while I was stuck with the radio I got for Christmas when I was eight.
Oh, your complaining about not having a car at age 16?
When you grandfather was 16 he had already killed something like 20+ Japanese men in battle and at 16 I was living on my own. If it wasn't for the law you would already be living on your own. Stupid Liberals and their Laws.

That's a fair point (seeing's how I added the snarky title beneath her name).there is a HUGE difference between some tech geek working in silicon valley, as opposed to a poor chinese farmer somewhere in the middle of nowhere. that quote above is fantasy bullshit. we're different people, both in terms of race, and in terms of where we were born, and how we grew up. it's better to realize the differences, and work on finding commonality to bring us closer as humans.

To play Devil's Advocate, somewhat: in the function of realizing differences and working towards finding commonality, it behooves one to realize that people have a different perspective and that calling it bullshit is antithetical to finding such commonality.
and that's a fair point as well. i said what i did to overemphasize my point lol. just wanted to make sure my point got across haha.
