I'm going to try this lift tomorrow. If I can't handle two 70 pound dumbells, then I'll be pissed...

Nice job, guys. I plan on trying the straddle DL on Monday.

After trying the two hands anyhow, it makes me want to see how heavy I can go with one armed overhead lunges.

Immortal, I'm going to tabulate them all on the front page at the end of the month.

anybody remember mtv when it was good, and they had that little like mtv new thing with sway. and then snoop dog made a show and did a skit called sway dizzle.

Nice one. What did you think of the lift Clay? Easier or harder than you thought?
I found getting the second weight from the hip to the shoulder the only troublesome part.

Oh, this is awesome by the way man!!

"Best way to increase the burn in your upper abs - cover yourself in napalm and smoke while you do your situps."

Made my night, thanks for that! hehehe

Two hands anyhow.

102 lbs at BW 155lbs.

Wilks 34.6

I've tried this several times now and every time it's harder than I expect it to be. It's lots of fun though.

2 hands anyhow with dumbbells: 35lbs and 30lbs.... this is harder than I thought!

I think that my goal for this lift is for the lighter one to be 50. That would be badass.

So far: 65lbs total, with a wimpy wilks of 25.9 (ha!)

Update!

2 hands anyhow, 40lb dumbbells each hand, 80lbs total! (getting closer to 50 per hand!)

New wilks: 31.989!

I really need to pull my shit together for that anyhow lift. I'm getting creamed.

Attempted the James Lift today. Well I am well capable of pressing the bar, I do NOT have the flexibility to do so. I can't perform this lift.

Practiced 2h Anyhow lift technique.

*UPDATE*
