I didn't know about this fight. Google says that he got warned twice before for glove grabbing. It looked 100% premediated. The UFC didn't punish it but give him a POTn bonus. Hooking someones glove and giving them brain damage.
I'm better off not saying what I wish on this guy, let's just say this upsets me.

what's kind of funny about it is that the dude could've blocked the uppercut with the hand that is being restrained. he's practically in the cross arm defense. he also could've blocked the uppercut with his body OR the arm he's using to uselessly post on the other guy's shoulder. he literally helped the guy get the space he needed to throw the uppercut.

but yeah, that is egregious rule breaking that the referee, nor the commentators acknowledge.

You are a complete clown, practically a parody of a MMA poster.

Its a fight, stop pretending this is some kind of honorable sport, and his opponent doesnt need your white knighting.

If you're not new to this sport then thats sad, if you are new then your mind set will change or you'll stop watching soon enough. The ref should call it, but if you are not cheating you're not trying, especially when fouls dont get a point taken.

LOL at acting like the tough guy threatening to kill people on a karate forum because some one wasnt "honorable" in fucking prize fighting.

Grow up! :)
Rules are there for a reason, but whatever this isn't the first time we've seen a fight ended due to bullshit. Ed Herman faking a nutshot into a kimura comeback was pretty gnarly too lol

Yeah, to be clear I think rules should be enforced more, and that a foul on the first execution should be a point take, the clause in the ruleset about "intent" is vague to the point of ridiculous.

What I'm pointing out (in a sort of sarcastic way) is that cheating in MMA is simply a part of the game, and often the high adrenaline of a fight makes everything a blur anyways. It's tedious to get butthurt about a guy grabbing a glove or whatever in a fight.

Fighting is the most honorable thing in the world. I deleted the post cause I was over the top raging.
