    Its ok, lots of kettle exercises, but I wouldn't really rate it for me.

    If you own them kettlebels its good stuff, if you dont, well no..

    You can do those kettlebel exercises with a dumbell.

    Its true that you can do that, but that dvd is extremely targeted against the ketlebell crowd, a lot of little details regarding handling them canonballs, plus a few excersices that you only can do with a kettlebell, personaly I wouldnt buy this dvd if I didnt own a kettlebell, but im not saying that it nesesary is a bad idea.
