I heard it's only on one count though, they've reached a guilty verdict on all other counts

It could be a mix of guilty, acquitted, and even hung counts, is what I read.

I haven't seen anything on them reaching consensus on the other charges. I could see people speculating on that since they spent 3 days deliberating so you might assume it hasn't been all on this one charge but who knows.

It's amusing to me that you all are HOPING for this man to be found guilty. I only care that justice is served, so if he's guilty I hope he's convicted. Pretty sure you guys are totally convinced he's guilty of the heinous crime of working with Donald Trump and therefore he must be convicted of these tax/fraud charges.

Criminals are everywhere. You're a criminal, I'm a criminal. Have you forgotten Lavrenty Beria's famous quotation?

The idea that Trump's inner circle contains a higher percentage of criminals than other presidents has not been demonstrated. No one in his inner circle has been convicted of a crime. Maybe Manafort, Trump's campaign chairman for <12% of the length of the campaign, will be convicted on some tax charges. We will see.

Manafort has known ties to Russia. If he came on board, and was involved in interactions with them, then what difference does it make how long he was officially part of the team. Aside from Trump's overtures to Russia they do seem to pop up often. Linked to Cambridge Analytica and Brexit, Manafort, Flynn, Agalarovs, the hacking, the meetings, etc. If Mueller finds evidence of Russian money laundering how much more evidence do you need? Aren't you curious to see his tax returns?
