Seems like Chandler backing Khabib making weight, looked like a skeleton. There are observers unless scale loaded. It is possible but no proof and unlikely UFC would take such a risk the blow back would be financial ruin. Chandler going under the bus if he goes to far insinuating UFC shenanigans.
