That's just the remaining scar/scab from his shin injury a couple weeks ago.

He had stitches so I'm sure it was a nice little cut. If he throws that leg kick he is known for it will 100% bust open.. ...

it is looking pretty red around the edges though. Which is a sign of infection is it not? Both things could still be true
