Merab doesn't care for excuses. He fought Yan with a broken hand, fought Umar with an injured back and shin. Merab is different and lives by a different code. He was right before the Umar fight that umar didn't do enough, and he's still right -- umar needs to get to work and rack up some quality wins. You might not like how harshly he sends the message void of sympathy for your injured umar, but I'm sure that even you agree that umar needs to get some wins.

Most broken hands heal within 2-3 months, bad ones typically heal within 4. It's been 6 months already, so asking where umar is is a fair question. Get umar back in there ASAP.

Good question, where is Umar? I haven't heard a peep since his fight with Merab.

People from this part of the world dont fight. Its a real tragedy. Khamzat barely ever fights. Evloev is very inactive. Adlan Amagov randomly retired, Zabit random retired, Adam Khaliev and Bilyal Makhov signed with the UFC and never fought, both Khabib and Islam averaged less than 2 fights a year their entire UFC careers. Askar Askarov hardly ever fought. Its a real problem. Umar has been very inactive too, he fights like 1.5x per year on average in the UFC.

The fact is umar won 2 rounds and broke his hand. 3/2 is really as close as it gets and it's his hardest matchup by far.
