I was considering one of those for a bunker.

What a lot of people don't realize is that not everyone wants a lot of space at home, especially young people who go out all the time.

That said I think anything under 400sqft is pushing it. Ideal size range for ADUs is 400-800sqft. Not saying we should ban homes smaller than that, by all means live in your 200sqft tiny home if you want, but I think there's more of a market for the larger range I specified earlier which allows for economy of scale in the case of mobile homes.
