There was a time when I was somewhat of a denier, as I assumed he had some form of moral composure but this fucking guy has had so many accusations over the last decade some of it has to be true, especially seeing as have all seen video of how much of a low life degenerate this fucking guy is. There are two sides to every story and I must say this one has left me very unsure. I don't know how to feel or what to think and I'm finding it hard to reconcile this confusion. at the end of the day.. is Conor a douche bag or a degenerate scumbag? I'm just torn here.

With a lot of drugs and alcohol involved it can be hard to prosecute these things. But I think the gardai wanted to. They were pretty annoyed when they couldn't.

Any idea why it is a civil case and not a criminal case? The alleged victim was brought to hospital on the night in question and the judge advised the jury thst the alleged victim was raped not sexually assaulted!?

As far as I understand it, it's individual vs individual and therefore between ordinary citizen people only so 'civil'. If the state was doing the prosecuting it would be criminal. Again I'm open to correction on that.

yeah that’s my understanding but I thought the fact that she went and saw a doctor on the night of the assault that they have to report it and thus it become criminal.
