Some one calls me up while they are eating. I’m taking chewing and stuffing in food over the phone into the receiver.

I say, “call me when you’re done eating” CLICK

and I hang up.

Is that rude of me?

It's strange that someone calls you while they are eating. I might understand if I called someone and caught them while they were eating.
 
I can't even find "full grain leather". Just "genuine leather" and "bonded leather".
Genuine leather and bonded are almost the same thing. Where are you shopping at? What is your budget?

Where should I be looking? I checked Macy's, and it was the same junk as Ross.
 
The wind is so strong here now yesterday a bunch of people got car damage from power line falling on them. I'm too chicken to go run errands.

Look for words like Horween leather. That is a full grain leather. You can probably find someone brand selling it for less than 100 at the lower end of the spectrum. If you want something higher end then look for Shell Cordovan leather. That is horse's ass. That leather is almost indestructible and it has a beautiful natural patina with age. The upkeep is very minimal. You can buy that belt and your children can probably inherit it when you die. It will last that long. Macy's is meh for men's clothing. It's kinda generic fake leather and the high end stuff has a big price tag because of brand name.

List your budget then I can direct you to a brand. Allen Edmonds is ok for an American brand. They make shoes but they have accessories. If you are on a budget then they have a seconds website that sell the outlet belts online. Sometimes the blemishes aren't noticeable. You pretty much call up the store and ask them what is wrong with it. They will find it and tell you what is wrong with it. Sometimes it is just a first that someone bought then returned.
 
You ever tried Push legs Pull type workout, UpperLegUpperLeg or slowly modify existing split? Some people even optimize it to full body daily.

You seem to like leg days. I thought you would like more volume or hit them more often.
Yeah I've been looking at tweaking some things for my next routine.. just trying to figure out a way to keep the four days since I rest Fridays and Saturdays

When I stopped 5x5. I went into bro split because it was what I knew. Apparently it has fallen out of favor in terms of it not being the most optimized thing. It sort of made sense since if your small muscles can recover quicker in 1-2 days then why only hit once a week. Personally I did better with gains in terms of switching from bro split. I got rid of a dedicated arm day and spread it throughout the other workouts. It allowed me to add another major body part. On the other hand you look at anyone who is in the Olympia. It's all bro split. I guess if you keep making gains then just keep at it.

I'm in a caloric deficit and trying to balance out not losing too much strength or muscle .. I know some will go regardless as I get lighter and lighter.. I want to hit 195 and see how I feel there.. maybe bulk back up to 205 210 with a clean bulk and really try to grow

The more weight lose the slower your progress will be but don't get discouraged.

I just tested at 17 percent bf and it's taken me an entire year, maintaining the same body weight and going down one percent bf with a small deficit so I don't lose lean mass.

The more weight lose the slower your progress will be but don't get discouraged.

I just tested at 17 percent bf and it's taken me an entire year, maintaining the same body weight and going down one percent bf with a small deficit so I don't lose lean mass.
I'm already very happy going from 256 to 228 since November... I never ate good.. I used to try to out train a bad diet lol
 
I saw what I thought was lizard or roach shit on the wall. Instead of saniwiping it, I used leftover sticker from stamps to remove it and it then wiggled. I guess it wasn't shit after all. Not sure what it was, but guessing tiny baby slug, but it was daytime and I thought slugs are active at night.
