It IS fun, my other half orders a lot. Started buying boxsets from Goodwill. We aren;t poor but he found a Dream Theater box set with a ruksack for $10 knowing I would love it the other day, there's 2 CDs and a plectrum necklace so I was hooked immediately.

that was really nice of him. My other half couldn’t understand why I got excited when The Crow soundtrack went back in print and why I would spend $25 on the record when I could just stream the soundtrack for free lol

I remember the day I bought that soundtrack in 1995. Still one of the better soundtracks out there. Soundtracks were cool because you could get songs that you couldnt hear anywhere else. Like i got the beavis and butthead and Airheads soundtracks just because they had White Zombie songs on em


It was THE ONLY WAY to hear them! Had to buy it.

I am Hell and Feed the gods were some of the best WZ songs ever,and they were on these soundtracks.

It's a big part of his shtick...

Not saying there wasn't abuse in the family... Or that there was. His mother was basically Munchausen by proxy, his father a misogynist, etc...
 
I liked Daisy Berkowitz' (RIP) crude solos and riffs. Thats something they lost when he left. He did have writing credits for several antichrist superstar songs tho
 
Honestly, I always thought the Manson thing was basically his schtick. Like GWAR, but taken more seriously. I remember some interview way back in the 90's he just seemed to be trying way too hard to be creepy. Like some thing about growing up and there were abortions in jars in his house or some shit. I was just like "Ok, dude. Oooooh, so dark."

J5 is one of the best guitarists in the business. Manson lost a Treasure in J5 and treated him rather like crap frequently.

John 5 was not the right fit for that band.

Fuck Manson even made Tyler Bates scoot. Not that Tyler needed any of that to begin with...
 
Just remembered how MM treated Twiggy, he's way more sinister.

totally forgot about some of those. The Spawn soundtrack was pretty decent, if i remember right. It done an interesting thing with having it filled with collaborations with a metal/rock group and a trip hop/industrial/or techno group. Manson and Sneaker Pimps, crystal method and Filter, Slayer and ATR, etc

The slayer and ATR thing,they shoulda made a whole album like that

The manson and sneaker pimps song was very good but i heard that both bands hated each other and slagged each other in the press.
 
Putting aside the riveting musical discussions. What is the strongest piece of evidence against this guy?

It was over 3 years, nothing was going to happen other than them coming together to out him.

Walters, his then-assistant, accused him of sexual exploitation and psychological abuse in May. A judge ordered Walters to amend her filing last week in response to a request from Manson’s attorneys to dismiss the case based on the statute of limitations.

And in June, the model Ashley Morgan Smithline sued Manson alleging sexual assault, sexual battery and human trafficking.

Is what currently stands from what i can tell.

I stopped following that end of news quite awhile ago but being on a few music forums and MM related specifically I eyed plenty...

Eyed plenty = Read more than enough discussion and debate on the matter.

As I said before there is likely quite a bit of truth in something of an engineered presentation.

I'll let society decide and go from there...

If society "Fails" meh I really don't care - Society needs to fix itself 1st.
