Total nonsense. There’s effectively nothing that can be done on the legal front while he is POTUS, this has been known and discussed for ages.
These investigations were ongoing before Trump even announced he was running again, and I personally think he only ran again because he needed to win to shield himself from that prosecution. They weren’t an attempt to “derail” anything, they are already happening. This idea is just silly right wing conspiracy mongering.

This is one of the biggest loads of shit I've ever read on Sherdog. He ran only to avoid prosecution? Are you nuts? He was going to run regardless. That's exactly why they went to extreme lengths to find things to charge him with, including taking a misdemeanor past the statute of limitations and turning into a felony to get him. Another thing you should know is they could easily pause these cases and resume him when he's out in 4 years. Why aren't they doing that? I can tell you why. It's because he won't be able to run again. This is the most blatant abuse of the justice system to go after a politician that we've ever seen, and completely out in the open for all to see.

No, it wasnt (assuming you mean the money being illicit). Cohen paid her with his own money and Trump paid him back. These arent illicit funds. The accusation is that this is falsifying business documents, which is at worst a misdemeanor that had gone past the statute of limitations. They argued they were felonies because they were covering up another crime, a crime they didnt name, but alluded that it might be conspiracy to commit fraud. Or it might be violation of NY tax laws. Or it might be violation of NY election law. But shutting up Stormy Daniels cant be shown to be any of those things.

The whole argument that they were falsified in the first place is because they argue that paying his lawyer to act in the capacity as his lawyer were not actually legal expenses as claimed.

Then the second part is that the whole aspect of paying off stormy daniels was to conceal another crime, without specifying what that crime actually was and they just allude to several different things it may have been, and then eventually they more or less argue that paying stormy daniels was illegally influencing the election. Then the judge told the jury they didnt even have to be unanimous as to what the second crime actually was. Its ridiculous. They didnt use campaign funds. Cohen paid her himself. And then Trump paid him back with his own money. The whole logic of this being illegal or a felony is a labyrinthine explanation that no one is capable of reciting without reading it off a page. Its redonkulous.

Why shouldn't Biden and Harris do what Trump did and say the election was stolen and try to overturn it? Worked out for Trump in the end since he wasn't held accountable and was able to win four years later. If Republicans won't concede elections when they lose why should Democrats do so going forward?

Because it was such a landslide even conspiracy theories wouldn’t hold up. Not to mention, most of the Democrats don’t even like Biden or Kamala so they aren’t going to rally behind them anyway. Biden probably isn’t even aware that there was an election.
