That's true. The parallel universe idea has some far-reaching implications. It has the bible thumpers really worried because it obviates the need for a creator. Since every possibility is played out somewhere there's no special "here".

So, the accusation of fear mongering was on target. It's all about selling those books. You're a joke, and not powerful at all. People like Ripskater listen to people like you because they don't feel like thinking for themselves. Nothing more.

Incidentally, Boston Dynamics, the company making the robots, and D-Wave, are Google properties, iirc. They're the folks you should really be worried about.

Listen. If people would have asked me questions on here rather than troll me you would have already received plenty of answers. It's not my fault people don't come humbly. Jesus could not heal people who didn't believe. Understand?

I can't just pour answers into vessels that are completely closed off. The first person that comes humbly, hungry for truth and respectful will get more than they bargained for.

God calls Christians to seek out His voice. His voice is found in true ministers. Of the few who have obeyed God and found my books online, some of them have become greatly enlightened. It was their hungry search that led them to my writings. Get it?

The whole premise of quantum physics is that there isn't a definite place or value for something. From your own post; When you look at it, you collapse the wavefunction, and it becomes heads or tails with equal probability.

I found the article you got that from and it is about the disagreement among the proponents of quantum physics.

Not good for something that you need to give the same answer to the same problem every time. The math needed to calculate anything to approach programming would be extremely involved.

It took a long time to figure out how to program binary machines to even need more speed than the mechanical machines that were used before electric computers from the abacus to the slide rule.

To create an artificial human brain it would seem best to use the electrical impulses similar to those in the brain.

Lol. The evidence exists now and it's online and free. The correct interpretation of the scriptures explains how AI will be a Strong Delusion and a lie. I placed the scripture right in this thread.

The False prophet will be LIAR. When the image talks and causes he will lie to the public and claim it is AI.

That will be a LIE. Is will be demonic in nature. It has nothing to do with magic you tryhard.

None of which invalidates science. AI is programming. Boil it all down to ones and zeros. Nothing paranormal about that. Also, the bible not once tells mankind that AI is a demon or a liar. Besides, what is your basis for proclaiming AI a lie in the first place? None. The study of science does not preclude one from being a devout Christian.

You have yet to prove how the AI will be a liar. Prove it to me, with facts, not religious nonsense.

- he makes 3 predictions for the future:

1. In the next 5 years NASA will discover an Earth-like planet and serious ppl will start discussing how we get there, and that they'll use D-Wave's machines to figure it out. (Idk what year this talk was, but it was uploaded to YT in 2015. NASA discovered 7 Earth-like planets a month or two ago. So I guess he was right about that one).

2. By 2023, a major breakthrough in physics will occur based on a model whose cornerstone is in the reality of parallel universes; an experiment will be performed on a quantum computer that will support the new theory.

3. By 2028, intelligent machines will exist that can do anything humans can do; quantum computers will have played a critical role in the creation of this new type of intelligence.

This asshole is Miles Bennett Dyson and D-Wave Systems is Cyberdine Systems..... only scarier. Seriously watch the video (I know it's 20 mins but it's interesting and goes by quick). Just listen to the creepy way he talks about this shit and some of the words he uses (alter to an alien god? exploiting parallel universes?) And the only time he expresses excitement is when talking about making machines that are better at everything than people are.

I know Quantum Mechanics well. I took 2 semesters as an undergrad and 2 semesters in grad. school. Just because it's probabilistic doesn't mean it can't be utilized in a creative way. Believe me, they thought about this a lot before they started to make quantum computers. Like I said, logic still works and 2 + 2 does not equal 5.
 
Quantum Physics and its multiple ramifications is the closest thing I have found of how the universe works; however few people truly understand it and when you try to apply it to everyday mundane things people tend to look at you like if you were crazy. I know for example that a version of me didnt write this post and another person wrote it even larger, however I am now existing in the universe where I only wrote this, and the ramifications of that small decision and the type of person who makes those decisions will bring different consequences in my life... however all those experiences combined are part of me and part of the experience I am having in this specific universe that I decided to take physical life in.

My book explains a lot more than AI but I am not going to waste more energy talking into the void. If you outright refuse the first verse then you'll do the same with the rest. That Bible verse speaks of a Strong Delusion and a Lie God will allow. If it's not AI then what is it?

And you said earlier there is no proof of demonic activity in complex bit programming. Guess what genius, there is no proof of demon possessed individuals either. Science can't find it. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The Bible says it does.

Take the worse criminal on the planet and he's a saint compared to a demon. Just like the guy robbing your house doesn't leave evidence or tell you his plans, neither do demons. If you could detect the demonic they wouldn't be very good at what they do.

Only ministers such as myself can identify these things using the same spirit and Bible God has supplied. Science will never detect demonic activity because the entire technical system was constructed using strong demonic influence.

We can't even find demons in people yet you expect to find them within technology. Lol. Good luck with that.

Were those classes hard? Interesting? I would love to take some quantum physics/quantum mechanics classes, just because I'm interested in how reality works.

Google is looking to sell Boston Dynamics and D-wave is not part of their alphabet umbrella.
