UFC 199 was awesome top to bottom, even the post conference was very entertaining, that being said, there is more star power in UFC 200, DC vs Jones 2 has all the grudge match ingredients, in paper should be as entertaining or more, considering there are 3 belts on the line.

Sometimes cards that doesnt seem very good on paper deliver, others not so much, prelims are a very good example, usually great fights there, they dont make it to the main card because of name recognition.

199 by a landslide, that card was almost perfect, the last card that was on that level was almost a year ago (189), odds are they aren't topping or matching it with their very next PPV.

You are confusing two different things. There's the hype you have for an event. And there's how entertaining it ends up being.

UFC 199 always had the more exciting matchups. In that regard, it was always better "on paper". And that's how it played out in reality too.

UFC 200 has bigger names and will have more hype. Though 199 was pretty good in that regard too.

To answer your poll, I'm gonna assume you're talking about how exciting the fights end up being. And 199 is obviously the correct answer.
