I believe Rockhold is at a point in his life where he doesn’t need a paycheck from the UFC. If he is still passionate about it we might see him again, if not, I doubt we will. If I had to bet, I’d go with 1 more fight.

Yeah...this is a pivotal part of a fighters mindset..it depends on why you started fighting in the first part..your purpose for competing..

He seems content on his accomplishments and status in life financially so i mean if that was his goal to be champion and have a decent bank account maybe its time to move on..

For other guys they fight for different reasons..maybe lukes accomplished what he wants with MMA and is ready for something else..i could see him acting or modeling or even providing fight analysis hes doesn't seem to be stupid or uneducated so he has options always

You seem like an insecure little bitch, literally every fighter loses at some point and Rockhold was the best in the world at one point. I loved seeing him lose to Bisping but guy deserves props for being honest and admitting he’s lost it rather than continue lying to himself

As I know several models I know that he is delusional ... even most real male models earn average incomes and for a relatively short time ... and he is not a real model, he got a couple of good gigs because he was a relatively handsome famous fighter, once that stops the “modeling” will stop too ... and with his cringe communication skills I can’t see him having a career in commentating let alone acting ... so soon enough he will announce to be “feeling the hunger for fighting again” ... which actually is absolutely bad for his health after the past few results, but with his ego he’ll find it impossible to go from high-6-figures and fame to 5-figures and relative obscurity. All just conjectures obviously, wish him the best.

PS: the "I'm not like these guys" comment was IMO really distasteful and typical Rockhold arrogant garbage ... as usual thinking he is somehow better than his peers (some of whom are clearly better than him at earning, at fighting, at developing other real careers and in a couple of cases even at modeling).
