LUKE CUMMOS crazY DIET ?

I have to say, there is so much misinformation and speculation in the nutrition field, you can basically pick any crazy sort of diet focus and find research to back it up. Whether that research is genuine in its processes and intentions is a whole other story.

Remember, all diets work, so long as you follow whatever the diet plan is. I think you can lose weight or gain muscle in a variety of ways. What I care about is "What's optimal. Where's the best bang for the buck."

Are you sure you're not confusing egg lecithin with soy lecithin (and its manufacturing process)? Entropy talked about soy lecithin oxidation in that one thread, I remember.
