-I was working on the form, I think I am starting to feel the shoulder blade pinch thing... but I feel like my arch isn't very good still.
DEADLIFT

-So for the big 4 comp my estimated PR was 315 and I think that was about right.
Notes: I wasn't very motivated to lift a second time today, but being able to use a belt for the first time was kind of cool. It sure is a beautiful piece of equipment. I'm glad I went through with it and decided to deadlift today.
