10 pieces X 3/16 X 6" round steel stock




-A lot easier now that I am applying some technique. I still have 5pc of 5'' of the 3/16 round steel stock. It will be good for working on form before I get to anything difficult.

Great job on that bending man.. Once you get that form put in, you will be bending 1/4 like it's nothing

Thank you, I think I have most likely bent almost 60 pieces of the 3/16 steel stock at this point and each time I feel like I am better understanding how to bend these suckers. I can't wait for the 1/4's, I see you have been bending... Got any tips? :icon_chee

-Soooooo easy I can't believe it. At the ATL meet up I could only do 280 and it was hard and now I am repping 266. I think deadlifts might be coming natural to me (even though I am still at a pretty low weight).


Notes: I worked in on the bench with someone who was grinding out sets. I went a little faster than I am used to, but oh well. Someone else wanted to use the rack attached to the platform I was using which is fine... but get the fuck off the platform when I am deadlifting please. I don't want to have to look at your ass at the bottom of the reps. Ungrateful lil fuckers squatting with weight belts @ 135 lbs. Other than that... c'est bon.
 
Nice improvement on the DL's man, 300 is probably right around the corner.

2 mile jog in the snow.
-5k race got canceled today because all of the streets were iced. There was a raffle for all the stuff since there isn't going to be a refund (gay). I won a 1st in my age group plaque at the raffle. I almost spun out on my way to the race, but it only drifted uncontrollably for about 3 feet :icon_chee
