Might want to sit down with your pops and go through how it works then if you know it could be a problem lol.

CodMW2 is kind of frustrating at times. I will be prob sell some of my old games and pick up Left for Dead 2 along with Assassin's Creed 2 next week.
 
Nice BJJ Lug, good back and forth match. I really liked some of your escapes and sweeps from halfguard, simple but effective! Unfortunately I have been out of bjj for almost 2 weeks now due to a sprained ankle (from BJJ). Seems like the lifting is going pretty well too.

-Switched my grip, gonna keep this other one for a couple of sessions to counter using the other side for a while.

I wanted to do squats, but some peeps were busy curling in the squat rack the ENTIRE time. It kind of pissed me off, but I got over it when I started doing deadlifts. I guess the curlers were afraid of having to use their legs to lift the bar up between sets.

5k Jog @ 29:30, felt good without having to breath hard.

2h30 of playing 3v3 touch football in the pouring rain. It was my old roommate/friend's birthday so me and my other old roommate drove out to the boondocks to play. We had one break (that they wanted to take) and the rest was pretty intense. I ran the deep route a lot and now everything feels pretty sore. It's gonna be fun in the mornin and hopefully I won't have a cold from being out in the rain in december playing the fooseball.

Update: My morning weight is around 212-214 these days, so I figure since we have different goals for how much to lose, we could just race through the first 10 pounds. Sound good? So that would be 202 for me and how much pour toi?

I am at about 145 - 148. Judging by my body fat % I think I should be closer to 135. I think this will help... I have been eating worse than ever in the past two or three days.

-Waited a while on some guy doing high rep push press sets with 55lbs. In that time I watched some old bitch do something potentially dangerous. There are two benches next to each other right? Well there was one guy doing 135 bench and resting and the other bench was empty with 135 left on it by some jerk. She takes the plates off, puts on on the rack and one on the end of this guy's bar while he is resting. He had no idea so I decided to tell him... hopefully I didn't just change fate and destroy the world by interfering.
-I waited a while so I only did 3 sets in order to avoid traffic. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the gym from my apartment since my campus gym is closed.

3 hours of tennis, scores were... 7 to 5, 2 to 6, and 6 to 2. I finally beat my friend after losing our last two matches.
-My lower back felt a little tired. I think I am going to stretch out tonight and hope that I feel good enough for some bench n deads tomorrow.
 
I'm thinking that if everybody's in town, maybe all of us A-town S&Pers can hit something up next Monday? Would that work for you? I'm gonna shoot this around to all the guys and see what works for people.
