That sucks dude. Just don't rush things, if your knee bothers you just ease up on the squats. Maybe your bench and sohp would catch up with your deads/squats![]()

- Pushups and variations (feet-raised, offset [one hand on a block for added difficulty])
- Hindu pushups
- Various Crunches (turtle crunches, staggered leg crunches [one leg raise slightly with the other leg raised higher and bent at the knee...focuses on one side of the abdomen at a time])
- Bodyweight squats, Overhead squats holding various objects
- Star Jumps 10x3
- Broad Jumps 10x3
- Hill sprints

Don't sweat the first workout. You're not supposed to be manhandling the weight you were using before a 5 week layoff. It'll come back soon.
