Fighting heavyweight as a lower weight is totally different even if you have power it doesn't always translate. I had a buddy who boxed professionally around 160 lbs, little Mexican dude with sick power, like I was terrified to spar with him and I'm 6'4 and 240. But he told me when he sparred against heavyweights that we're also pros he could hurt them but he had to be careful since they are so heavy his power shots, especially to the body would end up wrecking his elbow and shoulder and he actually got some injuries from sparring with hw's because of that.

Woodley is nowhere near as dangerous as Rumble. On your three points - he has better fight IQ and gameplanning sure, but I disagree about wrestling. Rumble had great MMA wrestling as a light heavyweight, I don't think Tyron's great TDD would translate up in size, he's more or less reached the limits of his frame. Do you think Tyron could stuff and maul Bader like Rumble did? Or that someone like Rory could hit an opportunistic takedown on Rumble like he did Tyron?

My point was also a bit about how Rumble seemed to crumble once it hit the ground. I think Woodley has a stronger mindset when it comes to the ground game. That said, Rumble is a scary dude for sure, and much much bigger, so I do see your point.

Woodley doesn't hit anything like Rumble, not in the same ballpark, and I think you're greatly overblowing the speed difference. Rumble is extremely fast and explosive, and his striking is rangier and a lot more unpredictable than Woodley, who relies predominantly on one weapon and a great understanding of timing and range. Woodley wouldn't be able to stand with Rumble and he wouldn't have any chance to score takedowns.

Top 5 HW's in UFC are DC,Stipe,Francis,Lewis and Curtis Blaydes.
Lewis is the most beatable. I can't see lw's taking him out but as others said Maia,Woodley for ww etc I can see taking him out(not an absolute victory but they'll each have to work hard for it) and a lot of MW's/ LHW can take him out or 50/50 at the very least.
Even a fringe guy like Antonio Carlos Junior aka Shoe Face has a decent shot in subbing him not realistically I think Lewis knocks him out but Derrick is the guy who has the most shot in losing to lower weight classes.
