That's the wrong attitude if you want a girlfriend. Most guys dress like absolute fucking garbage so if you dress even a little bit better than others the women be mirin. Nice leather shoes or boots, well-tailored jackets, jeans that fit correctly, a nice overcoat or leather jacket. The small shit makes a huge difference.

Last few times I went walking for 10k steps, a spot near arch in front of heel got sore to the point of affecting walking normally. Dug out old Dr. Scholl's arch support inserts and put them in current shoes and still sore. I think it initially got sore from overdoing the walking one day.

I rarely if even buy my shoes in a store anymore. I know my size, depending on the kind of shoes I'm looking at and buy them online. Far better variety and prices. And if for some reason they don't fit, the places I shop (usually amazon or zappos) allow free returns.
