I'm pretty sure this was the first UFC I saw. Rented the vhs back in '99.
Supposedly only a 30lb. difference, but one of nastiest slams ever. He left dude all kinds of fucked up.
When Conor fought Super Heavyweight Nate Diaz who was three times his size

Daiju Takase also fought Emmanuel Yarborough who was almost 4 times his weight
When Fedor was just hanging on to Hong Man Choi's giant limb like a koala

LOL. The angle makes Werdum look like a giant and Ferguson like a flyweight.Bigger they are, easier it is to ankle pick them

Same reason he was so much stronger in the Yoshida and Saku rematches... (I still think it's bullshit Saku still a win on his record, terrible decision, AND Popped HARD, levels were through the roof.
I thought Randy was effed going into this fight and he landed that overhand right and changed the night. I am still jacked about this to this day. And then followed it up with an ass whooping of Gabriel Gonzaga who was coming off the violent KO of Cro-Cop. Love it.![]()
Couture was already an MMA old man at 44 and had just been violently knocked out of the LHW division by Chuck Liddell. Then he moves up to fight the reigning HW champ and immediately drops him, then dominates him for the next 25 minutes.

Riiight, like Royce's Japanese opponents were clean.
1. The Gracie's have always boasted how strength and physicality don't matter.
2. Sakuraba didn't fail his test in the Royce rematch. Royce did... With some of the highest numbers recorded at the time.
3. If the Gracie's didn't CONSTANTLY brag about how much honour they have, while doing everything to the contrary, they wouldn't be so set up to ridicule for it.
