I've trained with a lot of cops and while some were really nice guys, others were asshole meatheads.

I would say inexperienced, youth, and power trip tend to cause excessive use of force. Remember, when I said "older" experienced cops, I was not talking about white cops who grew up in Jim Crow era. These older/experienced cops are in their earlier 40s or late 30s

If you live in a place developed enough to have a fridge in your home you probably have access to a cooler bag. My workers who earn around US$250 a month have access to cooler bags. I also live in a city where the average summer daily max temp is 100F.
