I highly recommend taking vit D, vit C, zinc, magnesium and melatonin (whatever highest dose you can manage) for C19/cold/flu. A pack of electrolytes is great also. Not sure if they sell these items in your area but something like Airborne, Pedialyte and melatonin are great. I am a bit crazy when it comes to melatonin but even 100mg(I know that's still a crazy high dose for an average person) is very good at boosting immunity.

Do you throw in any assistance work for bench to work on sticking points?

I am thinking of doing one or two board presses again.
