Ah gotcha. So do you have a certain goal in mind to hit before you start doing doubles or something instead? Or what's your plan for progressing. I see you've already done doubles and triples but seem to do a lot of workouts with just singles that's why I'm curious

Just getting ready to hit the 315 this year
 
You did two workouts today. I did none. Your motivation angers me. It's 10:30 at night at a shitty anchorage and I'm going to have to swing a kettlebell and do push ups because someone else walked 3 miles.

You will never understand my anger.
