Lmao this log is wild. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason with any sort of programming. But I will say this then I won't bring it up again - you should do some upper back work if you like functioning shoulders. Not sure if you are but aren't logging them or something but you are playing with fire neglecting them while benching. Good luck, though.

No programming.. Just lifting everyday until I need a day or two break. But I do need to add Back / Shoulders to the routine Big Rex.

I walk around the neighborhood with weights... Go out in the yard and toss dumbbells like a shot put. Thinking about buying a few 50 lb bags of feed and just loading and unloading them into the bed of the truck for an hour or so...
