Khabib is pretty Overrated atm

Just troof, homes. There's guys that join an MMA Forum to talk MMA. There are others that just are negative AF, name call and aren't even trolling, Conor fights have a way of weeding out the chaff. As someone that is a ball hugger of neither, tries to be objective, I gotta admit the haters are the absolute worst (that Sinju Singh cat is pretty bad too tho),
this man knows

But he said in every thread he’s impartial and objective.
I mean, you're just quoting other people who have your exact same position.. lol

i know all of you well.

You're still doing the same shit. Just seeking others who validate your narrative. Zero capability of acknowledging other sides of the debate / discussion.

Can you make a UFC branded dermaroller?

TS has been fanboying Conor forever now. This thread is typical.
Feel free to point out a single post In this thread which qualifies as "fanboying" Conor.

I'll wait

You've been an extremist "since forever".

Can't really expect someone who operates on that frequency to see things otherwise.

so I'll give you a pass.

Of course they do. They sell Rogaine, the number one brand of minoxidil in the world. They also own Propecia, which is finasteride, a hair loss drug often taken in concert with minoxidil.

<{anton}>
LeL that is almost as bad as big pharma, who owns the opiate pain pills, then owns the suboxone to get you off the pain pills and also owns the opiate stool softener so you aren't constipated while taking the suboxone. I don't know if it is more brilliant or more wrong.

Guys like Barboza and Johnson arent on Conors level. Khabib hasn't fought a guy like Conor yet. Conor has faced better competition.

But he said in every thread he’s impartial and objective.
At the end of the day, whatever I say..no matter how true It happens to be, will be considered "fanboyism" to certain people.

Confirmation bias Is a powerful thing.

At the end of the day, most of the posts I make regarding Conor are simply In response to some of the extremist Idiots I see on this forum.

All I really do Is try to call attention to the other end of the spectrum and ultimately the full picture.

Obviously a lost cause amongst particular certain narrow minded fools.

You sound like a bunch of pussies. Defending another grown man FFS.

Johnson & Johnson is also a major shareholder in television networks like ABC/NBC/etc. and cable channels HBO etc., film studios like 20th Century Fox/MGM/etc. AND some of the biggest advertising agencies in the world like WPP and Omnicon, who as we know push the narrative that balding is something to be ashamed of.

So J&J tells us balding is disgusting in film/TV, then they advertise us their shampoo which makes us bald, then they sell us the chemicals to reverse the hair loss (replete with severe side effects).

You gotta admire it, really.

He is very overrated for sure

I'm 30-0, I've fought 20 children and 10 people who are physically handicapped...
I guess I'm better than Kebab!

Also people should probably rewatch Kebab vs Tibau

Actually I bet half these Kebab lovers haven't even seen the fight in the first place

Kevin Lee is a very overrated fighter. He is just a gimmick.
<Fedor23>

He's good for a couple minutes, just like me in the sack.

His mount game, grappling scrambles and wrestling is pretty impressive. His boxing is coming along too, not to mention he has one of the longest reaches in the UFC proportionate to his height. The real thing I question about him is his mental fortitude; not saying losing to Tony means you are weak, but he just seems to wilt when he can't straight over power his opponents (RDA Syndrome).

Important to keep in mind too that he is very young, and when you are ghost young, you can make huge improvements that older fighters can not.

<escalate99>

I actually don't agree with anything that you said, other than Khabib may not have a choice at standing if he can't get the takedown immediately. You bet your life Eddie wanted to take him down, but it's easier said than done.

Seems you are putting me in to a Conor ball hugging camp. Go up to my first comment and you will see I said this fight needs more hyperbole or exaggeration because both guys are the best at their discipline (grappling/wrestling - striking) that MMA has ever seen. Conor might get rekt.....same with Khabib, but these sweeping characterizations are just false and silly (i.e. Khabib has no striking and Conor has no ground game).
That's how this forum works.

To acknowledge Conor does anything well or attempt to give a proper breakdown In regards to his skillset / career..you automatically fall within the realm of nuthugger. There's no In between.

These are truly the people who are everything wrong with this forum, so far removed from reality and they don't even see It.

Your side is fantasy based Bud...

Is Conor one dimensional?

Khabib isn't overrated. Look at his fights with RDA Michael Johnson.

RDA is a great balanced fighter who can submit opponents, KO them and/or tire them out with a relentless pace in order to win entertaining decisions. RDA was fighting at his peak at LW when he fought Khabib. Before losing to Khabib, Dos Anjos had won his previous 5 fights. After losing to Khabib, RDA won his next 5 fights, including two TKO's and a great KO of Benson Henderson. RDA had 5 wins before Khabib and 5 wins after, including winning the LW belt and defending it. Pretty safe to say RDA was at his best when he fought Khabib. Yet he could barely manage any offense. He did nothing in that fight. Khabib constantly pushed him around and took him down. He walked through RDA's kicks and what was, against everyone else, a high paced balanced attack. Not against Khabib it wasn't. Khabib kept ragdolling him. RDA just couldn't stop him.

On the MJ fight, Johnson is a decent striker with a wrestling background. A guy like that should have given Khabib some real problems. MJ tested his chin in round one and still couldn't do anything. Didn't even slow Khabib. Yes that round showed us Khabib can be hit, but In that first round Khabib also showed us he has has a solid chin. Johnson had KO'd Porier in the 1st round only two months before fighting Khabib. Pretty safe to say Johnson had some dangerous hands at that point in his career, but in that fight it meant nothing. His wrestling background also meant nothing, he couldn't keep it standing, and he got pummeled. MJ showed a lot of heart in that fight but still took a beating and got submitted.

Khabib is not only undefeated, he has 10 wins in a row in the UFC against good opposition. It is extremely hard to string together wins in MMA. Everyone loses at least once, somehow. Not Khabib. He always proves to be too much for whoever he fights. He walks through their best shots, takes them down and imposes his will.

Conor has more KO power than anyone Khabib has ever faced so that's what makes this fight so interesting, but based on what we've seen Khabib deserves to be considered (rated as) the favorite in this matchup.

Damn, that is Hillary-MSM-Google-Facebook-Hollywood-YouTube type cronyism and brilliance. I guess the people in these think tanks don't get paid billions every year for nothing. Which brings us back to Louis' point about how when you leave the hair thinking matrix, like the Aboriginals, you are all set. I bet the Amish have some pretty TST hairlines too?
