Regimen Kettlebell workout progress

Looks more like your training for Power Stairs or Dinnie Holds instead

Did a ladder with my kettlebells ending with the 60kg. Just happy to get consecutive cleans and push presses with it.

60kg Clean and presses is awesome man. Push press is superior to strict presses in my opinion for 90% of people.

WHen do I ever need to strictly press a weight outside of the gym. I have definitely have to explosively push stuff above my head though.

Im already scoping out a 150lbs but I might see if cleans are feasible on the loadable one with 25lbs plates

I have hit the point that I am using bands for swings to add to the intensity. 32kg bell with a 15-35lb band for sets of 10 done hard style (explosive). I would like to get 2x 40kgs eventually.

I have added weight using a chain through plates before for carries or rows with my bells. Unfortunately not an option with swings etc due to the danger to the hands.

Gonna start a 10k swing challenge. Need something to shake off the laziness and fluff from the winter. This is the best option. No paralysis by analysis. One implement and one exercise.

500 swings done. Set of 25 swings with the 32kg bell every 2 minutes for 40 minutes. Equated to about 40 seconds of work and 80 seconds of rest per set.

*Sigh*
Might as well post an update.
A week ago was my last 1000-rep workout, and I'm pretty sure I tweaked my neck somehow.
Now sure how, but the next day I felt it after waking up.
I'm 8500 reps into my 10K challenge, so I figured I could take a week off and stretch my neck and shoulders and see if it'll heal... and it hasn't.

Picked up my 50 pounder in the hopes of doing a workout, and just by picking it up I could feel the tension on the back of my neck and realized I'm going to need more time.

I've never had a prolonged injury that kept me from working out before, so I hope this isn't one of those injures that becomes 'prolonged' so I just have to wait for it to get better while maintaining a high-protein diet and I'll give it another shot in another week.

So, 10K challenge failed.

My friend did the same thing months ago and gave up kettlebells entirely. Apparently he's still in pain. He hasn't gone to the doctor tho so his fault. Heal up and try again! I'm 1100 swings into mine.

The weird thing is when I pick up a heavy object with two hands I only feel alittle strain.
When I pick up the same heavy object and stand upright the strain is multiplied by ten, with either hand.
Bizarre.

Did an "easy" day yesterday, 10 sets of 50 with 24kg. Splurged for breakfast so I wanna hit 1k swings today. All with the 32kg. Using the OG rep scheme of 10, 15, 25, 50. 500 down.

10 rounds today of 35 swings with 40kg and 15 swings with 60kg. 500 swings. Rested a minute between the two bells and then 2-3 mins after the 60kg before starting the next round.

15 reps a minute for 33 mins with the last set being 20 reps, with the 90lbs. This was a tough one.

10, 15, 25, 50 as a warm up and then 20 reps a minute for 20 mins to round out 500 with the 32kg
