Loaded my Titan loadable kettlebell handle with 225lbs and did some swings. Beats spending $600 on a casted kettlebell of the same size.

What does a 225lbs loaded kettlebell look like?
Post a pic.
Swings are doable but if you hit your knee with it swinging back at you, it's a little more than inconvenient I'm sure.Looks more like your training for Power Stairs or Dinnie Holds instead
Did a ladder with my kettlebells ending with the 60kg. Just happy to get consecutive cleans and push presses with it.
Im already scoping out a 150lbs but I might see if cleans are feasible on the loadable one with 25lbs plates60kg Clean and presses is awesome man. Push press is superior to strict presses in my opinion for 90% of people.
WHen do I ever need to strictly press a weight outside of the gym. I have definitely have to explosively push stuff above my head though.
I have hit the point that I am using bands for swings to add to the intensity. 32kg bell with a 15-35lb band for sets of 10 done hard style (explosive). I would like to get 2x 40kgs eventually.Im already scoping out a 150lbs but I might see if cleans are feasible on the loadable one with 25lbs plates
My friend did the same thing months ago and gave up kettlebells entirely. Apparently he's still in pain. He hasn't gone to the doctor tho so his fault. Heal up and try again! I'm 1100 swings into mine.*Sigh*
Might as well post an update.
A week ago was my last 1000-rep workout, and I'm pretty sure I tweaked my neck somehow.
Now sure how, but the next day I felt it after waking up.
I'm 8500 reps into my 10K challenge, so I figured I could take a week off and stretch my neck and shoulders and see if it'll heal... and it hasn't.
Picked up my 50 pounder in the hopes of doing a workout, and just by picking it up I could feel the tension on the back of my neck and realized I'm going to need more time.
I've never had a prolonged injury that kept me from working out before, so I hope this isn't one of those injures that becomes 'prolonged' so I just have to wait for it to get better while maintaining a high-protein diet and I'll give it another shot in another week.
So, 10K challenge failed.
