Yeah, I honestly could NOT figure out why I wasn't getting what he has had for a week or two here, especially since I didn't even know anything was up symptom-wise until Keo flat-out told me. I had mono about three years ago.
Mono is a pain (literally), hopefully this will be something Keo's system fights off soon. I do get to take care of him now (the girly part of me kind of likes this). This basically probably only means attempting to make him let me make him omelets. Keo is a trooper.
Sorry about the mono! Take care of yourself Keo!
Mono? Son of a beeeeotch
get well soon dude
Rest up.

For the first little while I had it, my throat was literally too sore to eat.
I've been through mono.
Just sayin'.
I'm not going to lie: it's a real chore right now to eat. However, hot, salty foods seem to make my throat feel a little better. It's definitely not pleasant, but I'm just going to deal with it.

Kinky. Get better soon, sir.
I didn't know mono was a thing until quite recently (maybe we have a different name for it in the UK). So when I started hearing the term, I thought of the end of this bit of the Simpsons:
Although it remains appropriate- "Mono- doh!".
Jaunty, it's gladular fever here in the UK (infectious mononucleosis).
Get well soon, Keo!
I remember in your old log you posted progress photos when you where about 180lbs (I think). Pretty crazy transformation your body has made.
Tate Press?
Sorry, a little late to the mono party. Hope you Feel better soon Keosawa.
Getting a PR while feeling like shit is bad-ass![]()
First of all, I just noticed your GHR reps being x30 at BW. I'd rupture something if I tried that. Need to step my game up.
Also, given that you are a smaller guy like me I'd like your input on the weight deal.
So most mornings I'm at around 175-77 now. There is that RAW meet in August that I'd like to use as a test cut. I don't expect to pull anything massive by then. I think, realistically, I'll probably be around 540ish in training. Mostly I just want to see how I respond to a water cut.
Basically, do you think I should stay pretty much as is and take a 10lb water cut the day prior or come down another couple of pounds with diet before August??
