Hello, and welcome to the new log, the unabashedly direct "Keosawa's Powerlifting Log." As you might have guessed, I train for powerlifting. Today's my max-test week! I'm going to treat it like a meet, spaced out over three days, and go for PRs in the squat and deadlift. My targets for the week are a 445 squat, 280 paused bench press, and 560 deadlift, and if I hit those, I'll be ecstatic.
