Hammer Curls, three sets

Some shoulder mobility/stretching exercises.

This wasn't a very long extra workout, and a lot of my energy was dedicated towards doing some band mobility work for my shoulders.
 
The important part of my day came later, when I went to my proseminar with this girl I started dating again recently (we met back in December--I know, my dating schedule this semester has been a little crowded). Afterwards, we went back to her place with the mutual understanding that things wouldn't "go too far," whatever that means.

I'm not sure how much detail I should use to log the night, so let me say this: a.) it was quite a good night, and b.) I managed to remain reasonably well behaved. I also put on one of the all-time great foreplay performances of my life, despite being rusty. She's seeing me again tonight, under the pretense that we're going to watch some Ultimate Fighter fights.

I'll need to come up big in training tomorrow, since I've slept four hours tonight and can't string together much more sleep at this point.

I'm running on no sleep today. Let me just say that it's been a while for me, and I got a little carried away last night. Long story short: I'm tired. I'm planning on ME bench pressing, three or four paused sets tacked on, some heavy blue reverse-band two-board presses, and some dumbbell pressing. It's going to be a lot to tackle, but I want to get a big bench session in today.

Great lifting, Keo. Training on no sleep sucks but the tradeoff is worth it for sure. ;)
