My speed felt good on most of these sets, but I definitely got faster as the sets progressed, which has been how the last several sessions have gone.

Also, I was 154.9 at the end of today's workout. I must be sick and dying, because I'm about five pounds lighter from a week and a half ago.

I'm just in here to call you a strong mofo. That's about it.

Your work capacity is getting crazy. I gotta step up with my pressing training lol How well do you recover from all that volume?

I was thinking we'd just look at the stuff he's willing to part with and see what his price is for it, Jake.

Cool. I will talk to him and see what time works for him and let you know.

lol, thanks.

I feel fine. I'm basically training every day now--though I took two days off in the last week--and I no longer have deload weeks scheduled in my programming. I feel fresher going into training sessions now than when I was training five times a week and deloading one week a month. And it's certainly not my diet, since I'm never really on much of a surplus.

Your triceps must be fried after that de bench/jm press/overhead/hanging kb bench session

I updated the first page with my JauntyPoint and some meet videos.

I feel pretty horrible today. It's been a long day and my mood's really down. I shouldn't really even be posting this on my log, but while I certainly am not a danger to myself or others, I'm starting to think that I'm suffering from some sort of depression and should find someone to talk to. Maybe I'll wake up tomorrow morning and feel better; who knows. I feel like my mood has been on and off like this for the better part of the last year though.

So, I at least felt okay at the gym, and I wanted to try a PR again. The bar we were pulling with was bent pretty badly, and as I tried 560 the first time, it just rolled and slipped out of my right hand. Doing heavy dumbbell rows made my forearms sore from yesterday, so my grip was already compromised. I threw on a pair of straps and pulled a long, slow, but clean 560 for a single. After that, I dicked around with a few smaller exercises and got the hell out of there.

So anyway, I'm not looking for sympathy. I think I just needed to type that for myself as a form of therapy. I'm hoping things will get better soon.

I've definitely been there on and off over the past few years. It always gets better. It is important to keep doing what you love.

If you really need someone to talk to, I know the university has services available for cheap or free, not really too sure on that. Just keep pushing on.

By the way, I haven't been able to get a hold of Phil yet. He has been hard to catch since he found out him and his wife have twins on the way. As soon as he gets back to me, I'll get back to you on it.

I know you werent looking for sympathy or anything but I hope you feel better Keo. I've never been clinically diagnosed with depresion, and I don't know if I should call it that but I've been through some bad times where I thought life just sucked. It may suck but you'll get through it.

Thank you all. I do appreciate the support, even if I said I wasn't asking for it.

I wasn't supporting you, just passing along information. Lets keep your ego in check.

...And I just ordered a large pizza from Domino's. I'd feel guilty, but I've lost five pounds since dropping bread from my diet. I think indulging a little and having a cheat meal might actually be a good idea at this point.
