Good luck at your meet KKeough! Any meet goals in particular?

Thanks! I would like to total 1300 lbs., which would mean I'd have to hit a 446 squat, 292 bench press, and 563 deadlift. I went 445-295-560 a couple of weeks ago in training, so this is a reasonable goal; these will be my second attempts.

Of course, if everything clicks and I happen to feel really good, I'd like to see if I can total in the 1320-1330 range. But that would be a best-case scenario.

Just open the phone book to "It" and kill all of them, basically.

Thank you all. I cannot promise a particular number (i.e. 1300), but I can promise that I will be ready to perform to the best of my ability.

I'll continue reading logs throughout the week and checking in on sherdog, though I won't have much in the way of updates to post until Thursday night.

The design is re-done, although I probably ought to revisit it once more as the elements aren't quite symmetrically spaced:

Someone else is going to have to manufacture and market the t-shirts, though. I am too busy battling the Taliban and failing to recover from my shoulder injury.
