Crime Kareem Hunt released from KC Chiefs for video

Do you agree Hunt should lose his job, when the police found he broke no law?

You make a good point. I'm getting bent out of shape over retarded meatheads playing pro-sports when the real problem is the demented psychopaths running things.
That's why I'm not getting Viva's defense for this guy. Like just because he has millions of dollars to lose and a fan base, we're supposed to excuse him for doing things we would harshly punish normal people for? Feels hypocritical in the way he feels the government should be treated. I say hold everyone accountable.

I truly doubt it.

I think they do their stupid bean counter cost/benefit analysis, and if they did it for Mahomes, short of rape or murder the benefit outweighs the cost.
They'd let him go, but everyone loves a good come back story so he'd be back eventually.

Maybe some franchises would, but Mahomes is basically guaranteed a Superbowl win or two barring injury, I'm guessing allot of franchises would trade any amount of bad PR for a Superbowl win.

On tape? Yeah, they would. Not on tape? There's some wiggle room there.

Nobody is getting away with it when it's on video though. The league ain't about to go through all that shit again.

Looks like the odds of home field throughout for the good guys just got a little better.

They can't even force the Redskins to change their name. I'll give you that some owners would cut him with a Ray Rice video, but I am rather convinced that many would take the PR beating to win a Superbowl.

The truth is that we will put up with almost anything for winners.

Bush lying about WMD wouldn't have been as big of a deal if we had won in Iraq.

The truth is that a genius scientist isn't held to the same rules we are. Just ask the Nazi scientists.

Most of my hate for our ruling elite, is that I am convinced that they are in no way actually elite. They seem rather mediocre and incompetent as far as I can tell.

So, I got a few things to say about this video.

First and foremost, I want to call out the Texas shooting posters, who told us time and again the dad in the Texas shooting and his son, had a responsibility to remove themselves from conflict. That as the psycho dude was charging him with a bat in his hands, that the dad in Texas had a responsibility to remove himself from that conflict before it escalated to the point of deadly force being used.

Did this chick have a responsibility to remove herself from this conflict?

Hunt's friends get him back in the room after the push. That chick is still standing their yelling and talking shit. She keeps putting herself back in conflict. Why does the guy and girl return to the room entrance of Hunt's where she is pushed again?

Now Hunt claims she is hurling N-bombs at him. If that is true, does that not justify pushing people to get them to leave?

Second, if I was a KC Chiefs fan, I would be pissed, and I mean fucking heated. The Chiefs have a real chance at a Superbowl this year. They just cut one of their best players over pushing a chick. This isn't Ray Rice melting a chick. This is a push. If I paid 1,000's of dollars a year for season tickets to Chiefs games, I would be absolutely furious with the Chiefs over this.

Kareem pushed the girl first, so the video looks like he started the fight. He later kicks the girl laying on the ground. He probably should have been arrested. I'm not sure how he was not.

The NFL has a Thug Life problem and an Flag Kneeling PR problem. Also other videos/incidents of guys punching women in the face. The NFL probably will crack down on this. They want the female demographic watching NFL. That's why they color everything pink in October for breast Cancer Awareness.

The girl should have not even been there though.

He shoved the girl twice, one time causing her to topple to the ground. Then he Pride kicked her. Lol

How many pro sports leagues do you own?

That is not really fair, because football owners aren't owners because they rose through competition in football.

Success in Microsoft doesn't mean success in the NFL, unless your skill was in finding smart people who are subject matter experts, and listening to them.

My biggest takeaway from that video, is Hunt had 3 of his buddies holding him back from going after that girl.

What would have happened if they weren't there?

Chiefs straight up released his ass

In the post Ray Rice nfl, a video is the kiss of death, even if it's far less of an incident than other assaults

I guess that is part of why I am sympathetic here. These franchises know they employ mostly neanderthals. This guy had surrounded himself with the right people to be drunk, and stupid with. As he was taught in seminars these players are required to attend. That doesn't give him license to be an asshole, or assault someone, but it shows he was trying to be responsible despite getting drunk.

Not the most egregious offense I've ever seen, but it is hard to feel sorry for a millionaire who can't stop himself from getting physical with a female when he knows it will violate his employer's conduct policy, not to mention the law. As much as it sucks, you've got to be able to rise above and ignore people like that when you've got so much to lose and they know it. He's young, so I hope he learns his lesson gets back on the field, and I am sure he will.

It is shocking that these scumbag athletes don't learn anything after they are repeatedly told to be careful who they associate with and to be mindful of how they behave well before they reach the NFL. There are also countless examples of idiot athletes destroying their careers by acting like fools and yet these jackasses never learn. I guess the millions of dollars, media attention, adoring fans, yes men and easy women fool an athlete into thinking he is above it all. Damn fools.

I don't even know if it's worthy of a prosecution thanks to his friends. Obviously the guy is a low quality human being though.
