Essentially that there is systemic oppression caused by privileged classes that keep down disenfranchised classes due to immutable characteristics. That guilt should be ever present even when no actions of causation are taken by anyone. However, the mere fact of the immutable characteristics of a person makes them gully or, conversely, completely set up to fail in the current system.

This is diametrically opposed to what we should be teaching children and simply disgusting.
