Pathetic. I expect better from veterans. Really sad to see people who took the oath flush it down the drain for draft dodger Donald fucking trump.

Its less than a minute long and simply isn't what the poster claims it is. I'd love to see the full clip because I'm quite sure the context will make you and the other clowns look even stupider.

I don't know how anyone could watch that and think it's what the poster claims. Pathetic. Your brain is cooked. Take some time to reflect, you can be a better person, maybe
I don't know how many times I have to say it, I'm not voting Trump.

Is this what you're referring to? This is the only quote I heard that I had an issue with and after googling it seems they addressed it:

https://www.cnn.com/2024/08/10/politics/walz-national-guard-harris-campaign/index.html

Whenever Trump says anything that's not 100% factual, including obvious exagerations to prove a point, or figures that are slightly off because he's rounding up or down, the MSM refers to it as 'a lie.'[/]

But when a Democrat clearly lies when pushing political points they agree with its called 'mis-speaking.'

So yes, Walz clearly lied when mentioning 'weapons in war' that he handled, and also not mentioning M-16s are not the same weapon as AR-15, and he didn't mention the difference.
So he lied twice in that quote.

Trump lies every single time his mouth opens.

He also was not called out for his lies during the press conference he had nor at the most recent debate with Biden so you're wrong on both fronts.

Thank you so much for proving my point.
You have no idea what he's telling the truth on.
You've conditioned yourself over the past 9 years to believe everything he says is a lie.

He also was not called out for his lies during the press conference he had nor at the most recent debate with Biden so you're wrong on both fronts.
Yes, because every exaggeration, rounding up or down of a figure, or every statement that isn't 100% accurate as 'A Lie.'

Which is a standard you have for no one that shares your own political philosophy.

I didn't condition myself. I live in reality. Trump is a liar. Sorry if it hurts your feelings.

Okay, so it's down to that one quote, got it. That's what I thought. The M-16 and ARs are different but are not hugely different. Everyone knows the AR isn't full auto and yes, I know that's not the only difference. I've shot ARs and AKs. I guess you can call that a lie if you like.

Trump lies so much I cannot actually even begin to keep up. And yes, different standards are applied to different people - when one person is VERIFIABLY full of shit every moment of their existence and is constantly a nasty and divisive spoiled little brat, they're not judged the same as someone who is generally considered an honorable person who's very blue collar and served their country in some form or another for four decades and isn't plagued with nonstop scandal going back decades. So you've a point there. Kind of like if I get drunk and am something rude or questionable once but someone else gets white girl wasted daily and is in and out of jail and all other manner of trouble, you're not going to judge us the same.

It's crazy that you can do 24 years and people are like "no, no, no you got to die for this country." Just thank people for their service and move on, unless they did some horrific war crimes they should be thanked. This isn't a gang or a cult, you get to leave if you want.

You didn't just say 'Trump is a liar' before.
You said 'Trump lies every time he opens his mouth."

Now we're all been paying attention to politics for a long time, and only the ones who are honest will admit the politicians you like don't always tell the truth and the politicians you hate don't always lie.

And the smart ones who pay attention to politics know the difference between exaggeration, when someone is favorably rounding, or at least close to being correct.

The difference is when a politician is purposely deceitful, but giving you own politicians a break because they're on 'your side,' while demonizing the opposing politicians for doing exactly what you excuse your own politicians are doing.

For example, if you think Biden was telling the truth about Trump going to bankrupt social security if he becomes President again, you have no idea how to detect a lie by your own politician.

Sorry if it hurts your feelings.
And once again, when you know you're losing on the facts, you attempt to personalize the argument.

M-16s have Full-Auto & 3-Round-Bursts. That's what makes them 'Weapons of War.'

A-15s have neither of them, and are single-shot.
One trigger pull = One round fired.
Not unlike tens of millions of other semi-automatic firearms in the country, and across the western world.
The same with legal AK-47s.
In fact 3-round burst and automatic fire weapons are largely illegal and the process to have a license and buy one is long and expensive.

Based on Walz 'Weapons in War' speech he basically says they're the exact same weapon.
Trump lies so much I cannot actually even begin to keep up.
My first response to Zazen's post applies to you as well.

Especially in the Iraq war of all things lmao.

These people claim that Trump is anti war and in the same breath get mad that Tim Walz wasn't mowing down brown people lol

You’re a joke dude. You know Trump constantly lies. If not you’re either a cultist or suffering from memory loss. Why did Mexico not pay for his wall? Where was his healthcare bill? Why did he not pull out of Afghanistan like he said would? Where was all this infrastructure improvement that he promised? Why did he says he’s peaceful yet increase drone strikes? Why does he lie about crowd size? Why did he say Covid would magically go away by spring? Where are all the manufacturing jobs (btw he lost 200k of them) , why does he still say he never fucked stormy Daniels, who does he lie about not knowing project 2025 but had over 100 of them in his admin? Dude I could go on and on and this just off the top of my head

Oh I don't think politicians I like (short list) don't lie or are never wrong, I'm saying Trump is prolific with his scandal and BS, even compared to other politicians. The man is a walking scandal and shit, a lotta that was before he became el presidente.

And yes, I forgot about the 3 round burst. I don't recall for the AR but the AK is easy to rig to full auto. The fire select is the only meaningful difference I recall between the civilian and military versions.

The difference between you and me is I know the difference between exaggeration, when someone is favorably rounding, or at least close to being correct, and purposeful deceit.

Apparently you have no clue, especially when one of your own favored politicians lie to you.

ARs are indeed 'easy to rig' to full auto, and it just takes a bit of 'know-how' with a file to permanently rig an AR15 to be full auto.

But that 'know-how' thankfully isn't well known and most don't even know its possible. Amidst the horrible trend of mass shootings over the last 25 years the only ones with automatic rifles have been involved with gangs.

BTW, I knew several 11Bravos and Special Forces Operators that served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and its well known if the situation that 3-Round-Burst or Full-Auto is necessary, you're WAY too close to the enemy. Always better to engage at a distance because both Taliban & Iraqi Resistence only had full-auto AK-47s that were useless at longer ranges. The first round goes were you aim it and the rest go no where close.

It ain't like Call of Duty.

With respect (I'm serious) this is exactly what I was talking about before.
*Exaggeration.
*Favorably rounding up or down of figures.
*At least being in the same ballpark of correct.

Most of the 'lies' accused of Trump count as at least one of these, as opposed to purposeful deceit.

And usually the 'purposeful deceit' are related to himself and not policy.

Now would you know Biden lied with these statements without it being pointed out to you he lied?

How about when he ran for President in 1988?
Would you know this rant was bullshit without someone saying he was bullshitting?

How about the lies by Biden during the debate?
