What is that map supposed to show? It’s not what comes up when I look at 270 To Win’s electoral map based on most recent polls.![]()
Looks like it's not that close at the moment.

The thing is that Trump supporters are either completely unaware of the elector scheme or they supported it because it allowed Trump to keep Democrats out of power. They have no respect for the institutions and norms of the Republic, all that matters to them is power and Trump is their vehicle to acheive it.
It was in fact...
Boring and pedestrian. The fact that Donold was firing off "truth" bursts every 12 nanoseconds during the interview is quite telling of him.
He's shook.
so your saying she doesn't even have to try to beat trump?
sound like a good plan to me.
It honestly seems that they aren’t aware of it/don’t understand it. I mean, they’d certainly make excuses for it if they did understand it, but it’s just not something they seem to be aware of when I’m debating with them. The thing is that Trump supporters are either completely unaware of the elector scheme or they supported it because it allowed Trump to keep Democrats out of power. You can add Newsmax and OAN to that list along with Fox. They also pushed the same agenda and “forgot” to tell their viewers about the numerous court cases Trump filed in many states alleging election fraud, all of which were either thrown out or just lost, along with the fake electors scheme he tried.Fox "News" isn't telling them about that. They'll just ignore the fact that Fox had to pay nearly a BILLION dollars in damages for the lies they spewed.
100%.We’d love it, it would give us more bargaining power for wages and pensions instead having companies use that as a bargaining chip when it comes to contract negotiations.

One thing that does have me a little concerned is that the Trump team is taking advantage of the podcast circuit.
He's been on Logan Paul, Theo Von, and now Lex Friedman.
I don't know why the Harris team isn't scheduling Walz or Harris to go on these podcasts.
Theo Von had Bernie Sanders on the week before Trump. I think Walz would 100% be able to win over him and a lot of his audience.
Plus, it would be a great chance to go on these shows after Trump in order to fact check what he said.
@Jack V Savage what do you think about this? I dont get ceding the entire Podcast sphere to Trump.
I can.![]()
Not sure. I assume that they have people who are working on the best use of their time. Seems likely to be that more exposure would be helpful, assuming a close race (if their internals show a big lead, they probably would want to play it safe). One thing that does have me a little concerned is that the Trump team is taking advantage of the podcast circuit.

Did you hear Theo Von's podcast with Trump? His opening question was "What makes you proud about each of your kids?" It was literally THE most softball interview I have ever heard in my life. It make Dana Bash look like the Spanish Inquisition. You really don't know why they're not giving Harris any press time at all?
It's dead obvious man. Every minute she's in front of a camera without a script she's losing votes by the thousands.
Yeah, that's what I assume too. I'm sure basically every hour between now and Nov. 5 is scheduled, and maybe they don't think a podcast is how to reach battle ground state swing voters most efficiently. Part of me worries that they are just ceding the space to Trump for no reason, though. Not sure. I assume that they have people who are working on the best use of their time. For the most part no but every once in a while you run into someone who seems to be aware of the details and has talking points ready to defend it. For example one talking point from Trumpers in defense of the elector plot is that in the Kennedy-Nixon election Hawaii issued two slates of electors because the recount wouldn't be done in time and the race was so close. Of course its a false equivalency because the race was in doubt and was close and the alternate slate of electors were officially certified unlike Trump's fraudulent electors. Someone who knows that talking point is deeper down the rabbithole though. It honestly seems that they aren’t aware of it/don’t understand it. I mean, they’d certainly make excuses for it if they did understand it, but it’s just not something they seem to be aware of when I’m debating with them.
I’d be shocked if JVS was into the Nelk Verse. Most of those guys are affiliated with Dana so they are connected to Trump in that way.One thing that does have me a little concerned is that the Trump team is taking advantage of the podcast circuit.
